What is Awakening?

<p>As we approach our next <a href='https://functionalspirituality.com/meditation-yoga-retreat-perth/'>Awakening Silent Retreat in April,</a> we are repurposing one of our favourite posts about Awakening. </p> <p>Inspired by an email we received a few months ago that draws attention to how the word ‘awakening’ can be a very confusing topic for some people.
