What is a workplace?

<div>Who determines the truth? The victim or the courts? This episode of The Longest Constitution looks at the many ‘sites’ of work, from fields to offices and examines why and how the powerful must be restrained from abusing their position. We look at Bhanwari Devi’s march to justice which led to the framing of India’s first guidelines of sexual harassment at the workplace in 1997.
