<p>Sensational Nigerian singer, Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, better known as Ayra Starr, has revealed her telephone conversation with American rapper, Nicki Minaj.</p>, <p>The 20-year-old said she grew up listening to Nicki Minaj, adding that it “feels so surreal” to be on call with her years later.</p>, <p>Ayra Starr appeared in the latest edition of Teen Vogue.</p>, <p>She said Nicki Minaj made her confident, stressing that because of her, she could challenge her teachers.</p>, <p>“It just feels so surreal. I was on a call with Nicki Minaj…. She doesn’t understand how much I love her. I grew up listening to her. I was like, ‘You made me feel confident. Because of you, I could tell my teachers no!'” Ayra Starr said.</p>, <p>The ‘Rush’ crooner also declared that “Being signed to Mavin was definitely one of the best things to happen to me as an artiste.”</p>
