Given that it's Valentine’s Day on Sunday, a holiday that celebrates love and relationships, I want to ask you to spend some time on your RELATIONSHIP with YOURSELF this week. Your relationship with yourself is arguably one of the most important. If you want to show up fully in your relationships with your partner and your kids, it’s important that you put your oxygen mask on first as the saying goes, and connect with yourself, and love yourself, and value yourself. I think oftentimes we live our life waiting to get love and respect from someone else, all the while neglecting to give it to ourselves, and so if this is you, if you know that you are lacking in self-love, and self-confidence, and self-care, and self-respect, all the things relating to self-esteem and honoring yourself, then this week, it’s time to make YOU a priority. This is going to be a longer episode, and I ask you to give yourself the time this week to listen to the whole thing, even if you need to listen to it in bits and pieces, but I have a really great conversation for you today, between me and a beautiful mama named Christa Bevan, a self-proclaimed Radical Mother.
