What does accountability mean to you?

<p>It's a word that gets tossed around a lot. Accountability partners. Accountability coaches. Accountability groups. We can be accountable to ourselves, to others, to a higher power. There can be a lack of accountability. And we can be held accountable.</p> <p>But what does it actually mean?
