From the oldest book of the Bible, the book of Job, we read Job saying “For I know that my redeemer lives, and he shall stand at the last day upon the earth. And though after my skin is destroyed, yet in my body of flesh I shall see God.” Job.19:25-26 If the Old Testament saints were assured of resurrection, how much more we who know and believe that Jesus Christ has been physically raised from the dead. Dr. Mitchell points out the words of the Lord Jesus in John 6, the four times our Lord stated His belief in the physical resurrection of the dead. He states, “If Jesus Christ was not raised from the dead, we have no hope or salvation.” Let's open our Bible to 1Corinthians 15:12.
