What Are You Afraid Of?

<p class="p1">This is a solo episode in which I talk about fears that introverts have in marketing.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> When I’m talking to clients and podcast guests they often say things like “I don’t want to put my face out there” or “I hate networking” or “I really struggle with live video”. These fears stop them from taking action that will move their business forward – for example showing their face will help potential clients get to know them.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p class="p1">When we really pay attention to our marketing fears, I think they can be broken down into 4 areas:</p> <p class="p1">Fear of getting visible</p> <p class="p1">Fear of not being perfect</p> <p class="p1">Fear that what I have to say isn’t important</p> <p class="p1">Fear of not being liked</p> <p class="p2">Working on the basis that we do need to market the business, how are we going to address some of these fears?</p> <p class="p3"> </p> <p class="p1">Join me in this short episode as I go through each fear in turn and offer some practical advice and some mindset shifts that might help.
