What am I doing what I am doing?

<p>Why am I doing what I am doing? We all have these patterns that we repeat in our life. If these patterns are creating difficulties, &nbsp;especially in relationships, then maybe we should look into the pattern. &nbsp;Patterns that are most difficult to change are ones that are learned before the age of 7. For example, ask yourself where you are most like your mom or your dad? That is a pattern.
