Description
A Clare Independent TD believes the government is blatantly disregarding the human resources required to facilitate Asylum Seekers. It comes as the provider of Corliss House in Kilrush has been offered a twelve month contract from the Department of Integration to accommodate Male International Protection Applicants. The former office building has capacity for 23 residents across 10 rooms varying in size , with the provider stipulating that lockable bedrooms, partitioned showers and toilets will be in place to ensure privacy. The IPA's will also be entitled to avail of a medical card throughout the duration of their stay.
