The Mayor of Clare says the West Clare Railway Greenway will be a 'jewel in the crown' of the county once completed. Newly elected Cathaoirleach of Clare County Council, Killaloe-based Fianna Fail Councillor Tony O' Brien, says it will significantly enhance the county's tourism portfolio.
