But we're not talking about in person stalking, although those type of stalkers do exist and we will share some stories of our own! We're talking about social media stalking. Whether you are stalking someone you know, a friend or an ex boyfriend, an insta model, or just someone inspirational you admire, we all do it. We spend hours and hours sometimes scrolling through someone's profile to see where they were in their life 5 years ago, what they're up to today, or find gaps that we don't see. Social media stalking can be healthy but also very toxic. It's important to know when you are putting your profile or yourself out there for the world to see, there will be people watching, whether you know it or not.
