A North Clare Councillor insists people in this county will continue to roll out the 'welcome mat' for Ukrainian refugees despite challenges in providing adequate services for them. Lisdoonvarna-based Fine Gael Councillor Joe Garrihy says people in the town and further afield are continuing to respond to the challenges posed by the war.
