When I first started this podcast I was full of mixed emotions, from apprehension to excitement and fear. A few years ago I could have never dreamed of doing this as it would have felt like I was putting myself out there to be judged negatively but through the years I have found how to use my voice to effect change and grow my career to the point where I feel confident to create a platform that I can share my experiences good and bad with you all so we can all learn from one another.
