The past has so many lessons for the future. However, you can't continue to look back. I reflect on my choices and issues up until this point. It's been a tough road. I've gotten distracted. The pain is still alive but it doesn't control me. I will tame my pain. Release it. Keep pushing. Love is a tough thing to lose.
