Weekend Update - You Paid For a Radical 6/3

<p>You paid for a pair of radicals to travel the state and talk about how terrible the Constitution is.  The Wyoming Humanities Council helped Sanford and Cynthia Levinson--two left-wing authors--distribute and talk about their book "Fault Lines in the Constitution" in several Wyoming towns.  To them, the Constitution is a terribly dysfunctional document.</p>
