Weekend Update - Bears and Bureaucratic Buffoonery 3/25

<p>Wyoming is once again trying to convince the feds to de-list the grizzly bear from the Endangered Species Act.  There was a hearing in the Natural Resources committee about legislation that would do that.  What unfolded can only be described as buffoonery.</p>
