After launching her fitness career in 2005, she fell in love with helping others to amplify their lives and soon after, she started her business which has become one of the most successful health and life coaching businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area.</p> <p>Liv’s experience in the health and fitness industry started at an early age. &nbsp;She grew up in a marshal’s art studio where her Father taught a lot of his classes. &nbsp;Liv fell in love with the classes and began to teach them herself! &nbsp;Her love of martial arts was a way to enhance her further her studies.</p> <p>Liv has a Master's in Exercise Science. She is an accredited performance enhancement specialist and certified personal trainer through NASM, a certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance Association and holds certifications for health and life coaching through the CHEK Institute and Health Coach Institute.
