<p><em><strong>TwoSistas</strong></em> and it’s WealthWellnessWednesday, January 25, 2023. &nbsp;It seems like it has been a struggle for some to maintain their “resolutions” or what we refer to as “solutions”. &nbsp;We shared some of our amazing tips on how to go forward and not feel overwhelmed!</p> <p>Some of the many fitness / wellness challenges run for 90 days - what if you took it down to figuratively speaking, bite sized chunks?</p> <p>You may think at this point that you have failed but let us assure you - you have NOT! &nbsp;Set yourself up for success in a way that compliments your lifestyle! &nbsp;For instance set aside 2 - 3 days for the next couple of weeks and perhaps work on increasing your water intake or cutting out that night time snack that you always reach for. &nbsp;Keep a journal on those days and be totally honest with yourself! &nbsp;Write how you felt when you did something or for that matter, did not do something.</p> <p>When we learn to come up with solutions rather than knocking ourselves down, we are more apt to continue that momentum!</p> <p>The moral of the story - we can’t get instantaneous results when we don’t have the proper tools to back ourselves up. &nbsp;YOU are the back up to YOU - You’ve got this!!</p> <p>Lastly on this WealthWellnessWednesday, how are you going to share or impact some unsuspecting individual to create that ripple effect? &nbsp;Ripple away!!</p> <p>Let us know what you thought of today’s episode - we would love to hear from you!! &nbsp;Go to our website and leave us a voice message:</p> <p><a href="https://www.twosistas.online/"><u>https://www.twosistas.online/</u></a></p>
