We finally closed the 5 unit in Hochelaga

<p>Finally!!! We closed on the 5 unit building mentioned in earlier episode. </p> <p>After difficulties at every step we managed to make it to make it the notary to sign the deed of sale and take ownership of the property. </p> <p>In this episode I do a list of mistakes I made and items that YOU show avoid.
