What you may not realize is it is a lot harder to cool down than to warm up. And warming up is something that gets at the heart of human social behavior. </p> <p style="text-align:center;">Here to explain more about what this means is Dr. Hans Ijzerman. He is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Universitét Grenoble Alpes and a junior member of the The Institut Universitaire de France.
