Warmer Less Windy Today; Scattered Showers Windy Tomorrow; Nice Weekend; Cooler, Windy Chances for Light Showers Mon-Thu

<p>Today ridging and down sloping flow ahead of the next trough and low-pressure tomorrow will warm highs back to seasonal readings in the lower 60’s, while Friday temps drop into the middle 50’s with a chance for some scattered rain showers with a quick moving system. Also, Friday will be windy ahead and behind the disturbance.   Zonal flow and slight riding over the weekend warms temps back into the 60’s followed by an upper-level trough moving over the Central US with a series of progressive shortwaves lining up starting Sunday night and Monday and ending Wednesday and Thursday.  This period will see slightly cooler than normal temps, plenty of wind and hit and miss scattered precipitation.</p>
