<p>As an upper-level trough moves into the northwest US high-pressure, and ridging develops across the region today and tomorrow.  This will lead to warmer and dry conditions with breezy south winds at time potentially elevating fire concerns.   Daytime highs will be in the 90’s and lows in the 60-65-degree range with south winds 10-20 G 25-35 mph at times.  Thursday and Friday the upper-level trough meanders through northeast Colorado, Nebraska and the Dakotas increasing chances showers and storms and bring cooler below normal temperatures with highs in the 80’s and lows in the 50’s.  Thursday there could be some severe weather and locally heavy rainfall.  Saturday another wave and trough move through to our north possibly bringing some more rain chances, ahead of ridging and warmer weather starting on Sunday.     </p>
