<p>Ward "Scarman" Foley, "One of my greatest accomplishments in life was not overcoming my birth defects from arthrogryposis and the ensuing physical pain from surgeries and assorted mishaps, but surviving the accompanying bullying and humiliation and ultimately learning how to accept and to love myself. Scarman is about empowering children and adults alike to see a glimmer of hope in the darkest of places. Especially from within. We all have scars, some you can see and some you can’t.
