Wandering Soul returns home with Philip Walsh

My guest today is Philip Walsh who shares with us his struggles to fit into mainstream society at times, he wants to live in a world full of good food, nature and healing. After leaving home and travelling around the world, it brought him on a journey of self-discovery which led him back home to Ireland where he opened up a men's circle to help and encourage others to share and feel supported. Philip has created a space for men of all ages and backgrounds, to come together in an open and non-judgemental way, exploring topics that they can learn from each other.  A lover of music, horses and travel, Philip now feels he has finally begun to understand the journey of self-love and wants to now share this with others through Reiki, mindfulness and energy training. A wonderful and calm presence, Philip's energy is open and compassionate to others.
