Walking on the Moon!

On July 16 1968, mankind created history when Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walked on the moon! Several thousand NASA scientists and engineers made JFK's dream come true. The mission was riddled with so many problems and adverse incidents but the team made it and brought back samples of the lunar surface. A major reason for this whole program was competition with the Soviet Union.
