Wake the F#CK up w/Jeff #227- how to stop barking at doors and windows

it is one of the simplest things to do, I have often said I (along with any decent trainer) can stop this with a blindfold on, one arm tied behind my back, my feet strapped together and wrapped in a potato sack, yep it's that easy to stop. Why trainers are making this difficult is beyond me.
