Voters encouraged to partake in Ohio's rare second primary

<p>(PUBLIC NEWS SERVICE) - Early voting for Ohio’s special Aug. 2 primary election is continuing in Ohio. Voters will choose candidates for the state House and Senate as well as Democratic and Republican party state central committees. Some communities also have local issues on the ballot.
