He partners with us to ensure that we emerge victors where we were victims. We have been empowered and equipped to overrule the evil counsel of the wicked; establishing God’s divine counsel. 3 C’s: Confront, Contend and Conquer Confront your opposers or contenders. Do not run away from them or give the impression that you are afraid of them. Even if every other person is fearful, close to be different like David, Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego who all had the “Excellent Spirit” of God. David confronted, contended with Goliath and ultimately conquered him and even crushed his head. Mordecai and Esther confronted the situation in the place of prayer and fasting and ultimately conquered Haaman and all his wicked plots. A good example is Mordecai and Esther, subduing Haaman’s evil plot. The King Ahaseurus woke up one day and chose to open the book of remembrance, and Mordecai was favoured and restored to a life of joy and peace. Our victory is guaranteed in Christ. We are assured that in any and every battle as God’s Children, we are not alone. God promised us that He will contend with those who contend with us or threaten us. Nugget 1.
