VOT: January 1, 2023- New Doors, New Levels The beginning of a new year or a new journey can be likened to a”A New Door” opened, to release new blessings, prosperity, breakthrough and any good thing God ordained from the beginning according to His good will. This is in line with His Word which assures us that He Has good thoughts for us to give us a hope and a future. The promises of God are Yea and Amen, and our victory is guaranteed through Jesus Christ, our Saviour. There are some expectations of God from us. Here are some of the pre-requisites of enjoying God’s goodness and mercies as a new door is opened. There are new levels that we must attain or aim at getting to by the help of God. Acronym of “NEW DOOR/LEVELS” N: No looking backward, press forward E: Excellence must be our goal W: Wisdom must be applied at a higher level D: Divine direction as we start a new journey O: Obedience to God will negate every oppression and opposition O: Opportunities available, but be sober and vigilant to conquer every opposition R: Rely totally on God for help. The arm of flesh will fail, but God is dependable. L: Led by the Holy Spirit E: Exercise your Faith the more. Empowered to do greater exploits V: Victory guaranteed through Christ E: Expectations will be surpassed as you trust God wholeheartedly L: Lean and Learn from God, “The Holy Spirit” Lean not on your own understanding and old ways. The NEW has beautiful things stored in Heaven and ready to be released on earth S: Sacrificial life should increase.
