VOP 2022: June 12, 2022 Divine Compensation, not Human Compliments: “C-factor” If you are to make a choice between what men feel or think and what God thinks or His ways which will be your preference? It is so easy to say, we will choose God’s way. However, this can only be validated if we are ready to endure some challenges or not too pleasant processes we may have to pass through. The road may sometimes be rough, but there is always a great compensation or reward which you eventually discover is worthwhile. The Apostle Paul before becoming an Apostle did not start his journey of faith as a saint. As a matter of fact, he persecuted our Saviour Jesus Christ and other Christians. After his miraculous divine encounter and conversion, he was told the things he must suffer for the sake of the Kingdom. Thank God he accepted his cross and had a glorious end. Our beginning may be uncertain and unpleasant, but we must fight to ensure that our latter end is glorious. We do not need the compliments or applaud of men, but we need the compensation and divine approval of God. I would rather choose to endure and trust God to bring my miracle even in the midst of the obstacle than seek for men’s temporary compliments which sometimes come with negative actions such as deception or corruption . Nugget: The choice or choices we make today determine the end of our journey. Choose to stay on the side of God by accepting Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Saviour.
