VOP 2022: January 2, 2022 The Author and Finisher “Our Faithful Helper” As we navigate through this brand new year, it’s very important to stay focused on our set goals and dreams, drawing strength and power from Jesus Christ, our saviour and The Holy Spirit our ever reliable Helper. Although it’s an new journey to us, it is not new route to The Author and Finisher of our Faith. The Almighty God is Omnipotent and Omniscience and He remains ever faithful and reliable. We must trust Him as always and keep our focus on Him, not wavering or doubting. We must be very sensory spiritually and not entertain any fears, doubt and anxieties at this early stage of the journey. Do not despise the humble beginning or early start up. Always remember that your God is the ALMIGHTY GOD. “Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” Proverbs‬ ‭3:5-6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
