VOP 2022: February 21, 2022 Peace Boosters: “P-factor” Peace Puzzle: In Christ= One Piece; Outside Christ = Broken Pieces. Jesus Christ, is our Saviour and the Prince of Peace. He Has also given us the mandate to live a peaceful and peaceable life, with men. This means that in Him, we are guaranteed peace regardless of the storms of life which are sometimes inevitable. Our peace must be all round, with God, Man and Self. As turbulent and chaotic the world seems to be, there is refuge in Christ. We were reassured and encouraged by our Saviour Jesus Christ to be of good cheer in the midst of the tribulations which are in the world, because He Has overcome the world. In Him, we have overcome the world and are “More than conquerors” this new status in Christ validates us and guarantees us everlasting peace. There is a remarkable difference between a life that Has Christ and a life that does not have Christ. A life with Christ is preserved in “One Piece” and is at “Peace” all round, with God, Man and Self, because Jesus is the Prince of Peace. On the other hand, a life without Christ is shapeless of scattered just like the broken pieces in a Puzzle game. Nugget: A life void of Christ is open to “Crisis” Three Peace Boosters: Repentance, Forgiveness and Reconciliation. The true and genuine peace we always seek for Has been provided for by Jesus Christ, our Saviour. It is very important to ensure that our joy is full and our peace is complete. This as mentioned is only possible in Christ. A deeper relationship with our saviour guarantees us everlasting peace. The good things we achieve or receive can only give us temporal excitement or cause us to react positively. Our true peace is guaranteed in Christ.
