VOP 2021: November 9, 2021 - “Author and Finisher”

“Author and Finisher” Anything God empowers us to start, He is also willing and faithful to take us through the journey to the finish line or end point. It is His exceeding grace and mercy that ensures that we do not quit half way, but rather press on despite the odds or obstacles. Our focus must be on Jesus Christ, the “Author and Finisher” of our faith and our God is faithful as He promised by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to take us to that glorious desired end which He promised us Indeed all things are possible with “The All Powerful” (Omnipotent) and “All knowing” (Omniscience) God. “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬ ‭KJV‬‬. “Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.” Ecclesiastes‬ ‭7:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬.
