Volunteers on trial in Greece over helping migrants and refugees in distress at sea

Five years ago, Seán Binder was among volunteers helping asylum seekers as they arrived on the Greek island of Lesbos, after they had crossed the Mediterranean by boat. Binder and 23 other volunteers were arrested, and are now on trial in Greece on charges of espionage, forgery, trafficking and being part of a criminal organization. Matt Galloway talks to Binder about the case, and discusses the increasing restrictions on NGOs trying to help migrants and refugees with Caroline Willemen, deputy head of mission for search and rescue with Médecins Sans Frontières; and Giulia Tranchina, a researcher with Human Rights Watch.
