Last weekend we did a race course simulation Swimrun practice that has us feeling pretty good about our prep for the event. Famous last words??</p><p><strong>Shoutouts</strong></p><p>This week we are shouting out Abby Rose. Chipper met her on Catalina during the Catalina Swimrun Adventure and just wanted to say hi! Also, she did an Alcatraz crossing swim over the weekend sans wetsuit which is twice as much fun. </p><p><strong>Feats of Endurance</strong></p><p>This week’s winner is Sarah Estrella. She ran the Zion 100k in Utah over the weekend. This race is no joke and she crushed it.
