<p>Playwright and Actor Victor Salinas joined us on the "Embracing Arlington Arts Talks" podcast to talk about his new original play about 2 immigrant sisters - one documented and the other not - and their different perceptions of the United States that is being presented by the Mexican Cultural Institute.
