Mark Davy is the founder of Futurecity, a global cultural placemaking agency. Futurecity create cultural strategies for public and private sector organisations, broker cultural partnerships and deliver major art projects.&nbsp;Recent projects&nbsp;include&nbsp;the development of a prospectus for the new Arts Quarter in London’s famous West End; a new program called&nbsp;‘Preview’&nbsp;consisting of ‘Living Labs’ in property developments across the UK to&nbsp;encourage creative incubation in spaces designed to attract young and emerging talent; and the curation of a landmark&nbsp;cultural partnership between the&nbsp;Centre Pompidou and leading&nbsp;international&nbsp;developer Beulah&nbsp;International&nbsp;as part of&nbsp;‘STH BNK By Beulah’&nbsp;– an ambitious vertical city development in the heart of the Arts Precinct of Melbourne.
