Vaccination targets vary nationally

Victoria and Tasmania have reached the 70 per cent double vaccination target today. But, with vaccination rates still lagging in Queensland and Western Australia, experts are warning residents won't be protected from COVID when they're most at risk. And tired of waiting for the government to act, some of the nation's biggest emitters are taking matters into their own hands.
