Using the 3 Instincts in Your Work: Self-Pres, Sexual, and Social [Enneagram Groups Series]

<p>Even if you don&apos;t yet know your Enneagram Type, narrowing down your Dominant Instinct can still tell you SO much about yourself (instead of 9, there&apos;s just 3 options...but when you overlay it with types that means there&apos;s actually 27 Types!)<br/>⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br/>⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br/>And it be a tremendous help in understanding where others are coming from - their values, focus, and natural tendencies (it may seem like they&apos;re trying to drive you crazy on purpose, but it&apos;s most likely that thing that is such a no brainer to you might not come so naturally for them or even be on their radar).<br/>⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br/>⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br/>Each comes from evolution:<br/>&gt; Self Preservation - keeping yourself alive<br/>&gt; Sexual/Intimate - keeping the species alive<br/>&gt; Social - exists in higher intelligence species, keeping the herd/community alive<br/>⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br/>⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br/>And in modern society, they still impact how we show up and respond to the world around us.<br/>⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br/>There&apos;s so much they can tell you, including what type of offers are going to be most aligned with your natural preferences and skills.
