Update - For Laramie County Republicans

<p>Republicans in Laramie County were disenfranchised by the executive committee.  There were multiple violations of their own bylaws.  Nina Webber was present at the Laramie County Republican convention and gives a first-hand account of what happened there.  It is not what the media is telling you.</p>
