University as a Design Problem: Why is Change so Hard and What Makes Change Possible? A Conversation with Randy Bass and Ashley Finley

What makes change possible? During our conversation, these seasoned educators share important insights about how these key questions and course concepts such as the &#39;wicked problems mindset&#39; have relevance for all campus leaders and decision-makers.
