United Tenants' Update On NYS Good Cause Eviction Bill

The state budget was a month late and failed to resolve the issue of how to expand affordable housing in New York. Lawmakers have less than a month to agree on a package of housing reforms, including the Good Cause Eviction law to protect tenants.
