Understanding your Intuition and your Ego - The Push and Pull

<p>In this episode, I answered a question I received about our intuition - what if you&apos;re having a hard time understanding your intuition?  Our ego usually takes the bad rep, the bully, the devil. That is not entirely true. Our ego&apos;s sole job is to rationalise, make logical decisions, and keep us SAFE. This characteristic is rooted in our primitive stages and we brought along this characteristic with us as we evolved. Our intuition, on the other hand, knows it all and sees it all. It is able to transcend time and space to see the bigger picture beyond this lifetime. Whenever our intuition tells us to do something outside of our comfort zone, our ego tries to stop it in order to keep us safe because it cannot see beyond the past and the present. Anything that&apos;s feels new and foreign, our ego sees it as a threat and tries to shut it down to keep us safe. This is what causes the inner conflict, the tension, the push and pull. This is merely an imbalance of energies. The goal is to come back to balance, back to your middle space. How can you do that for yourself?
