Understanding different sexual identities and preferences with Aili Seghetti

<p data-pm-slice="0 0 []">Episode #767</p><p>In this episode of #TheHabitCoach podcast, Ashdin is joined by Dating, Intimacy, and Sex Coach - Aili Seghetti. They talk about different sexual identities and understand different sexual preferences.</p><p>Aili shares the 5 pillars of sex - breath, eye contact, touch, words, and action. She says that breath and eye contact are the foundation of it all and you should try and practice syncing your and your partner's breath together while simultaneously maintaining eye contact. The breath helps you into the body and the eye contact deepens the sensation of being there with someone. Next comes words that you can use to arouse someone. Once the erotic intention is built, then you can move to action. All of this will create a base for touch and you just have to make sure that your hands must express your erotic energy.</p><p>Further, Aili also sheds some light on how orgasming shouldn't necessarily be the end goal. For some people, the goal is more important than the journey but we've also heard this so many times that the journey is better.
