(Un)Programming your (Un)Trained Mind
Taylor Dear
Description

Ep #159 - The un-trained mind isn't going to be the desirable navigator of your sobriety and recovery journey. Imagine monkeys just going bananas in a tree...that is your mind. 50,000 thoughts a day (the number varies according to the source but we'll ride that stat today) and studies wanna say 45,000 are recycled from yesterday. I vote that it is higher.

So, you want to change your life. You want to shift your perspective of yourself, to yourself, in your mind. Honestly, humans are only as good as our programming and since a vast majority of us were raised in emotionally un-intelligent households, surrounded by emotionally un-intelligent people, peers, friends, family members, and society as a whole - is it any wonder so many of us are seeking to heal traumas from our yesteryears as adults?

Today we dive into how your physical body and the words you use toward yourself, in your head, and then project outward are further conditioning the programming you received and how you can start the practice of un-training and re-programming yourself toward the desirable results you are focused upon in your sobriety to recovery journey.

I know...I can get heady, but y'all are 150+ episodes in...you can handle this no worries!

It is time. It has been time. To live is to shine. Step into the SUN.

Just hit play and let's dive in with our open minds, hearts, and energies bringing everyone into the fold - you are in the right place, at the right time...right now.

Stand up, step forward, raise your hand - it's your turn, I will call on you.

********************************************

Thank you so much for listening and being a part of my tribe and this wonderfully supportive community. Here's to the ending of the stigma. No longer are we living in the shadows!

Also, please subscribe, rate, and review the show to help us spread the word about this awesome free content.
