Ukraine cries foul as Canada returns Russian gas turbine

After being repaired in Montreal, a gas turbine will now be returned to Germany where it will help supply power to that country from Russia. The return is an exception to Canada’s sanctions on Moscow, and has been met with protest from Ukraine.
