<p>ARE YOU READY TO TAKE THE COUCH?</p> <p>I&#39;m on the couch with Udonis Haslem, Adam Avin and Judge Steve Leifman.</p> <p>When I started my career in psychiatry I began as the Chief Psychiatrist for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, managing facilities in the SE region of the US. My home location was FDC in downtown Miami.
