Two-Minute Drill: Kaziska Shines at 2021 NCAA Salt Lake City Regional

Junior Anna Kaziska represented Southeast Missouri women's gymnastics with a pair of stellar performances on floor and beam last weekend at the 2021 NCAA Salt Lake City Regional. Kaziska, a Louisville, Kentucky, native registered a 9.900 on floor in the opening rotation Friday, which finished tied for second in the session. Kaziska's 9.900 on floor is her highest routine at a NCAA Regional, edging her 9.825 posted in 2019 at the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional two years ago. She also recorded a 9.875 on beam in the final rotation of the session. The mark tied for fifth in the session. Kathy Johnson Clarke stated on the ESPN3 broadcast that Kaziska "has such soft landings" on beam. The Redhawks host the 2021 USA Gymnastics Women's Collegiate National Championships this weekend at the Show Me Center.
