Twin Flames—Doubt, Denial and Intuition

It can show up in many forms - such as your Twin Flame denying the connection and/or they deny the enormity and divinity of the connection, or family and friends not being able to understand the otherworldly qualities of your Twin Flame connection, or other therapists and healers not truly understand the enormity of what you’re experiencing and other forms of outside, society denial to this profound Twin Flame concept that stops so many us from being able to be open about this connection.</p> <p>Any experience of denial - especially around the Twin Flame journey - can feel very invalidating and can also trigger times in our life where our truth was denied and our feelings were invalidated.&nbsp;</p> <p>I remember early on - I was often filled with doubt. &nbsp;Although the idea of Twin Flames aligned with my heart and soul - my mind was having a problem conceding to this concept.</p> <p>My mind thought — if this connection is so real - wouldn’t I know without a shadow of a doubt. If this soul to soul connection is a shared soul resonance - then wouldn’t my Twin Flame know? Wouldn’t everyone around me know? Wouldn’t we be together?</p> <p>I have since learned that having doubt around this journey can actually be helpful. It is how we fine tune our our intuition and by doing that — we align closer to our truth and our divine self.</p> <p>Every time our connection is denied - it can create either triggers or the need for answers — both of which can plant doubt inside of us.
