After 3 flips and a rental property, Kara left her W2 job and started Beckmann House full time. She focused mainly on fix &amp; flips and purchasing rentals with the profits she was making from her flips. Through Instagram, she organically started to get more requests from potential clients to renovate their homes, and client projects have become a very large part of her business. Fun Facts: 1. Kara is a formally trained pastry chef and worked as a personal pastry chef for Pro-athletes 2. Kara loves being active - weight training work outs, hiking, boxing, HIIT, yoga. You name it! 3. Kara is a huge saver, which was a large contributor to her being able to start her real estate investing career.
